The roof of each majestic seven bedroom residence will resemble the upturned hull of a Viking ship and inside each luxury abode, a stylish interior unfolds. Sweden Island will be home to premium quality majestic waterfront villas which boast seven bedrooms, an exterior pool deck, a private beach and a stunning tropical landscape. Each waterfront villa has been meticulously designed to the highest standards and is synonymous with classic Swedish design and architecture. Each villa has four floors: Lower ground / Ground floor / Mezzanine / First floor. Seven en-suite bedrooms: One en-suite bedroom at ground level; Four en-suite bedrooms at the mezzanine level; Master bedroom on first floor with walk-in closet and full bath; Living area on the first floor; Children’s en-suite bedroom on the first floor. The lower ground floor is home to a gym and spa, a snow and sauna room and an entertainment space; The roof area can be customised into a party & chill-out area depending on requirements. Games & Cinema room: All purpose room with electrical and data provisions available to accommodate any gaming equipment; Cinema area including all fit out and fixed furniture, that is, acoustic wall lining, ceilings, flooring, audiovisual built-in system and cinema chairs.
