Bentley Residences

Bentley Residences will contain more than 200 luxury apartments built for residents who expect the very best in design and quality. The building will be located on the sought-after Sunny Isles Miami coastline in the southeast of Florida, revered for its luxury high-rise resorts and laid-back Floridian ambiance.

The Bentley Design Department have been integral to the development of the building and bringing the Bentley DNA to life. Bentley Residences will offer unique ocean and bayside views in every apartment, thanks to the innovative design of the cylindrical building and floor-to-ceiling windows. 

The core of the building will feature a patented car elevator and in-unit multi-car garage, the ultimate statement in exclusivity and privacy. Homes will also have a private balcony, pool, sauna and outdoor shower, whilst building amenities will include a gym, spa, whisky bar and restaurant. Private and beautifully landscaped communal gardens will promote a sense of calm.

From the cylindrical form of the building to enhance the ocean views to the low-carbon features within each apartment, each aspect of Bentley Residences has been intricately considered. The development is being designed in accordance with the Florida Green Building Council (FLGC) certification and other environmental regulations to protect the local environment and minimize the impact of the development on local wildlife. Environmentally-safe building materials will be used, and reduced coastal lighting implemented to protect endangered sea turtles. The building will be engineered to reduce energy consumption.

Inspired by the calming Floridian coastline and natural surroundings, a serene palette will feature throughout Bentley Residences, with sustainably-sourced materials in each apartment.

Due for completion in 2026, Bentley Residences will be open for enquiries soon. The Sales Centre is scheduled to open in early 2022 and will feature a full-sized show apartment and brand immersion space furnished by Bentley Home.
